All About Me

Hey I am a senior in collage studying Elementary and Special Education. I have lived in North Carolina my whole life. I have a little brother that’s not really little anymore and who thinks he can cook better than me. That’s not really true he just cooks differently from me. I like recipes and he likes throwing things together.  I like to bake more than cook anyways.   

When, I was in high school my Aunt bought me a cupcake book and an obsession began.  I started making so many cupcakes. That year in school I was taking a creative writing class and we always had a party where we read our work.  For each party I made cupcakes.  I would bring in the book at let the class decide which cupcakes I would make. The books had fancy cupcakes too, so they were all from scratch and were hard to make. 

 As I have gotten older I have gotten more books but don’t get to bake as often as I used to this blog is changing that. I also like baking with children so some of the blogs I post will be kid friendly. I babysat all through high school and college plus I have a bunch of cousins that are younger and I like to think of ways to bake with them.
